This course for this week so, talked in about
a belief of language teaching, content based learning and, problem-based
learning .The belief It’s as a part of metacognitive knowledge. It’s the first
thing before we have to study in English language. Some researches viewed
belief seems either that the research assumed that the term can be understood
intuitively. It’s continued to how be the methods to learning such as CBN, PBL
The first, Content based learning CBL is
teaching organized around the content or information that students will acquire
and not around the linguistic or other type of syllabus. CBL is built in the
principles of communicative language teaching. Classroom need to be filled with
real and meaningful communication where in formation is exchanged.
The second, problem-based learning is approach
to leaners. The roles and responsibilities of both teachers and learners are
different from those in more tradition type of school-based learning.
Generally, in problem-based learning in classroom, the teacher acts as a coach
for or facilitator of activities that students carry out themselves. The
teacher does not simply present information or directly control the progression
of work. Instead, the teacher provides students with appropriate problem to
work on, assists them in identifying and accessing the materials and equipment
necessary to solve the problem, give necessary feedback and support during the
problem-solving process, and evaluates student’ participation and products,
with the goal of helping them develop their problem-solving as well ass their
language and literacy skills.
Principally, I think these are methods to
approach to learning English language for learners. If the teachers have more
in variety in teaching, it is better the opportunity to learn.
